Greatly enjoyed TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. There were toast, cereal, and hot waffles for breakfast. The staff were very attentive and excellent lot of the time.

The room was brand-new and well-equipped, bed comfy.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was on-site.

The staff was attentive and polite and the room was bright. Its location was magnificent and easy, right by all the restaurants.

We only stayed one night. We arrived late, fell into bed, got up early and left. The hotel was really far out of our way (2.5 hrs). We only chose it because it was inexpensive. The girl in reception was exceptional, you should give her a raise.

We didn't stay long enough to notice anything.

Our stay here was nice, good home base for exploring Plattsburgh. The room was bright and cheap and it faced street. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The personnel were attentive. The location was easy, next to stores, the butcher block restaurant, in a pretty comfortable area.

Great price for what they offer

Rooms where a little dirty but not enough to worry about and I still did not get a receipt.

Clean and comfortable room with a very helpful staff. The beds were particularly cozy. The hotel interior feels dated, and some areas, like under the desk, needed a more thorough cleaning. While the security setup seems good with multiple cameras, I felt a bit uneasy about the door locks in my room. Breakfast was decent but could benefit from extended hours.

Good, clean, comfortable accommodation. Very easy to find, straight off the Interstate.

When we first arrived there were a few people hanging around outside near our room, however, they left very soon and we had a peaceful, quiet night's sleep.

I appreciated the jetted tub in my room and the hot water ran consistently, which made my stay comfortable. The outdoor pool and garden area were great spots to unwind after a long day. My only minor issue was the dated decor, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 🌟
